Bbm11 is Bb, Db, F, Ab, C and Eb. The C is the ninth and the Eb is the eleventh.
What do the intervals 1, b3, 5, b7, 9 and 11 mean in Bb minor eleventh?
From Bb they are the root, a minor third (Db), a perfect fifth (F), a minor seventh (Ab), a ninth (C) and an eleventh (Eb). The last two are the same notes as the second and fourth degrees.
Is Bbm11 the same as A#m11?
